I help women feeling lost and fed up in their own lives, explore the depths of their personal power, using a unique combination of modalities to address the mind, body, and spirit. I create the space and provide the road map to help them re-discover their true identity and transcend the expectations of others; toward becoming the woman they’ve envisioned but have avoided embodying for far too long. Revealing the self-loving, bold achiever capable and worthy of manifesting infinite possibilities, that is already dwelling within.

We all have something unique to offer in this lifetime; a calling.

My Story

I spent the majority of my life thinking that I had to do what others expected of me. I suppressed my ideas, emotions, fears, dreams, even what I wanted to eat and what shows I wanted to watch to please others. I learned to hide behind a smile and an easy-going facade.

Until 36 when it all backfired on me! When I realized I was lost in my own life and that I desperately needed to break free or I was going to die on the inside. I was searching for more, contemplating the meaning of life and of my own existence.

I got divorced and that was the beginning of the tailspin. I tore my life down to the foundation to rebuild it with intention. I dove head first into a mix of traditional therapy, reiki, and spiritual mentorship.

My whole world opened up from there, in ways I could’ve never imagined! It took feeling my feelings, letting go of false beliefs, tapping into the whispers of my soul, and embracing guidance from the spiritual realm to flip my existence…

To one hell of an abundant life that I created for myself, once I recognized that I had the power and the right to do so.
